1. Overview

This policy governs all service engagements between Jain & Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and our clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before initiating or continuing any service agreement.

2. No-Refund Policy

All payments made to Jain & Company are non-refundable. This applies to all service categories, including but not limited to:

Branding, PPC & Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Website & App Development, and UI/UX Design.

Why? Our services involve significant upfront allocation of team time, resources, research, and strategic work. Once a billing cycle begins or a project milestone is initiated, these resources are committed and cannot be recovered.

We do not issue partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or credits for unused portions of a billing period under any circumstances.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted subject to the following terms based on your engagement type:

[ Monthly Retainers ]

To cancel a monthly retainer, you must submit a written cancellation request via email at least 15 calendar days before your next billing cycle date. Cancellation requests received after this window will not take effect until the following billing cycle, and payment for that cycle will remain due.

[ Quarterly Retainers ]

To cancel a quarterly retainer, you must submit a written cancellation request via email at least 15 calendar days before the start of your next quarterly billing cycle. Cancellation requests received after this window will not take effect until the following quarter, and the full quarterly payment for that period will remain due. No refunds will be issued for any portion of a quarter already in progress or paid.

[ Annual Retainers ]

Annual agreements must be cancelled with at least 15 calendar days written notice before the annual renewal date. Cancellation of an annual plan mid-term does not entitle the client to a refund of any remaining months. The agreement remains active until the end of the contracted period.

[ Project-Based Engagements ]

For one-time or milestone-based projects (e.g., website development, branding, UI/UX), cancellation terms are governed by the specific agreement signed at the time of engagement. Any amounts paid toward completed or in-progress milestones at the time of cancellation are non-refundable. Work completed up to the point of cancellation remains the property of Jain & Company until all outstanding payments have been fulfilled.

4. Work Delivered Upon Cancellation

Retainer services: All work delivered and assets produced during the paid service period remain with the client. No further deliverables will be produced after the final billing cycle ends.

Project-based services: Deliverable ownership and handover terms are specified in your individual project agreement. Any pending deliverables tied to unpaid milestones will not be released until full payment is received.

5. How to Submit a Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email only. Verbal or informal requests will not be accepted.

Send your cancellation request to: billing@jainandcompany.com

Your email must include your full name, company name, the service(s) you wish to cancel, and your current billing cycle date.
